What Happens in the Sessions and What Therapies Are Used?
In order to understand our emotions and physical responses to problems – we need to address the internal issue that has caused the conflict.
The sessions include an exploration to understand the inner-self –

By using a variety or combination of techniques, Nayna offers a safe unravelling of the problems in a calm and serene environment.
Each session is for approximately one hour and incorporates various therapies which may include:

Before pursuing a course of therapy or treatment and in order to ascertain if Nayna is the right therapist for you, she will always recommend a preliminary telephone conversation.
The Initial Consultation
During this meeting you can talk about the work you would like to do with Nayna. You can ask any questions you may have and discuss how you wish to go forward. Once Nayna has understood what you would like to achieve, she will explain her way of working and discuss the ways in which she may be able to help you.
Sometimes one or two sessions of talking things through can be enough for you to get things back into perspective.
